I love the oil portrait of my daughter,  The eyes practically sparkle and capture her spirit.  I am recommending this to my friends and plan to order more for family legacy portraits.

Our Favorite Dog

by tmurzens 18. March 2010 12:04

I decided to go out on a limb and get my husband a hand-painted oil portrait of our favorite dog, a pitbull named Titan, for Christmas. I knew that it would turn out cute,. However, when we finally received the painting, it was 2000 times better than I even imagined. Every little whisker was in place.  Every swirl of his coat was in place. It was perfect.  They even captured Titan¹s special expression and the sparkle in his eye.  My husband loved it and has is hanging over the fireplace for all of his friends to see.

My Beautiful Grandmother!

by tmurzens 1. January 2010 10:07

I was very pleased with the end product of my grandmother's portrait. I was also afraid that it was impossible to produce due to the damages due to the age of the picture. Thank you so much for restoring the beautiful lady she truly was. I love the end product!!!!!

My Initial Reaction!!!

by tmurzens 1. December 2009 03:12

The oil portrait of my precious daughter arrived this morning !!!!!!  We made uncrating it a big event !!  We called Poppa to come home and then we opened the plain cardboard box.  Alexia, Poppa, and I sang "Happy Birthday to The Groovy" (That is me) and we opened the envelope.  The painting is wonderful.  The colors are perfect.  Your artist has combined the elements that I wanted in perfect harmony.  I am very happy, and the other two are equally impressed.

Thank the artist for us, please.

An Incredible Portrait of my Beautiful Mother

by tmurzens 20. November 2009 16:06

I have a photo of my mother that was taken around 1956 that I wanted to have enlarged to frame and hang on the wall instead of letting it hide in a scrapbook. None of the local photography studios could make a good enlargement of it. I decided to take a chance on an oil painting. I figured I’d receive a reasonably good facsimile of the photo. When I opened the box from oilportraits.com, I was floored! The painting actually looks better than the old photo. The fine details are incredible. I never, ever expected to receive something of this quality.
